Oscar is the founder of Optimum Investigations and a licensed Florida private investigator with more than 30 years of professional experience. Since entering the investigative profession in 1992 and establishing Optimum Investigations in 1995, he has worked on more than 5,000 investigations involving surveillance, background investigations, witness interviews, legal support, insurance matters, and other complex assignments.
